Job Title: Change Management Analyst Location: Bridgend / Hybrid Working 3 days per week onsite
Fantastic new permanent opportunity for an experienced Change Management Analyst with this market leading specialist financial services business based in Bridgend. My client is a market leading global business who are growing and expanding their operations in Bridgend and as part of that growth are looking for an experienced Change Management Analyst to join the team.
As a Change Management Analyst within the wider Service Management Team, you will help to minimise the risk of international applications being negatively impacted by IT Changes. As a Change Management Analyst you will be part of a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process, within the Service Management toolset.
Quality review proposed changes and approve for production implementation.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of Change flow.
Analyse the data from the tool to identify and support Improvement opportunities.
Help, train and guide stakeholders in adhering to the change process.
Conduct Post deployment review and track lessons learnt actions from those reviews.
Support the wider Service Management team to protect products from unplanned interruptions to service.
Proven experience of working within a similar Change Management Analyst / Change Management role.
Strong experience with the IT Change Management process.
Logical and critical thinker who is creative in resolving problems.
ITIL foundation (desirable).
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM processes (desirable).
