About the Company You will join a long established, regulated healthcare provider delivering specialist cancer treatment outside of traditional hospital settings. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full oncology pathway from referral and onboarding through to treatment completion and offboarding. • Coordinate SACT treatment plans, prescriptions, pathology results, and upcoming visits to ensure safe and timely delivery of care. • Act as the central liaison between consultants, pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external stakeholders. • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with CQC, GDPR, and professional standards. About You • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration. • SACT qualification with extensive chemotherapy nursing experience. • A minimum of three years post registration experience within oncology.
