Park View are recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and passionate person to become an integral part of our support team.
Responsibilities
You will support our young adults, with a responsibility for providing compassionate care during your time with them. You will support our young people with their learning by accompanying them to college, as well as going out into the local community to take part in fun activities.

Park View, based in Stoke on Trent, provides provision for young adults aged 16-25 years of age who have mild to severe learning difficulties. This includes emotional, social and behavioural difficulties or disabilities. With needs increasingly more complex, our home uses meaningful, practical learning activities to engage and motivate young people, and to provide them with the life skills they require to succeed. This means that your role will be varied in the sense that you will support our young people with their learning by accompanying them to college, as well as going out into the local community to take part in fun activities.
