Field Service Engineer (Fitter / Installer)
Role: Field-based role throughout the UK (travel required)
* Starting salary of £25,000 per annum
* Benefits: Annual bonus dependent on experience
* Schedule: Day shifts Monday - Friday with occasional evening, weekend, and overnight work

The Role
Seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. While technology-focused, prior experience in shop fitting or general laboring is acceptable as full training is provided. The role involves traveling across the UK to install enclosures and networking/Wi-Fi equipment, along with IT equipment replacements, decommissioning, and deployment to meet customer needs. The role is physically demanding and involves significant travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install digital signage enclosures and equipment at customer sites
* Deploy IT equipment including switches, access points, TVs, and computers
* Perform PPM activities such as equipment checklists and cleaning
* Maintain stock inventory and manage logistics
* Complete weekly time and expense reports
* Prepare detailed reports for each job
* Coordinate with service desk and project teams to confirm work orders and resolve issues
* Understand Trust Systems ISO Certifications and role obligations
About You
* Experience in shop fitting, IT, or data cabling is advantageous but not essential; training provided
* Existing IPAF, CSCS, ECS cards are a plus but not mandatory
* Physically fit, capable of manual handling, ladder work, and using power tools
* Hold a full UK driving license, as extensive travel is required
* Excellent written and spoken English, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
* Must pass BPSS background check; applicants failing this cannot be considered
