Location: Nottingham (NG11, Hybrid working)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + (£4,000 - £6,000 commission)

We re looking for a commercially aware and organised Inside Sales Representative to join our IT Channel sales team. You ll support the smooth running of the sales function - managing quotes, processing orders and maintaining CRM accuracy - while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage quotations and complex order processing
* Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
* Respond to inbound enquiries
* Conduct outbound calls into the install base
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Support vendor engagement and deal registrations
We re looking for
* Experience in inside sales, B2B sales or sales support
* Comfortable in a target-driven environment
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator (phone & email)
* IT Channel experience (desirable)
