We are looking for a Military Events Officer based Nr Corsham who will report to the Military Marketing Manager on a full time and permanent basis. We are looking for an independent, proactive and creative individual to support the Marketing Manager in the scheduling and management of the events calendar with our client. You’ll be a key member of the team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and responsible for developing and executing on military events that enhance engagement with worldwide audiences. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the global events calendar * Plan, market and organise events across all departments * Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads and interest * Work as part of a team to arrange and organise photo and video shoots. * Stay informed re: trends and new social media platforms. * Work closely with departments across the globe to ensure consistent branding and messaging. * Create and develop marketing literature, give aways and branded goods * Support the Marketing Manager in bringing new ideas to fruition * Manage relationships with marketing agencies to create quality video and photography. * Responsible for managing event budgets. * Support the team with other activities tasks including exhibitions, events and admin. Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing. * A background or experience in working with the military * Strong social media skills * Strong communication skills * Excellent organisational skills being able to manage multiple projects * A positive attitude when faced with challenges. * Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones and cultures.
