As part of a respected and growing hospitality group, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take ownership of the bar operation and enhance the drinks offering, complementing an exceptional food experience.
Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive and have your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
Leading the bar operation day to day, ensuring exceptional service and presentation
Creating and developing seasonal, ingredient-led cocktails and drinks menus
Managing stock, ordering, margins and GP in line with commercial targets
Training, mentoring and motivating the bar team to deliver consistent standards
Working closely with senior management and the wider food and beverage team
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have strong experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality environment
Are confident with mixology, premium spirits and seasonally driven drinks
Take pride in delivering warm, personal and polished guest service
Remain calm and organised during busy services
