Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk -6 months Your new company A well-established school in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time basis for a 6-month assignment. Your new role You will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger function, including: Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries. Preparing payment runs and maintaining compliance with internal controls. Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping within Sage 200. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable. Strong working knowledge of Sage 200.
