About This Role
No two days are the same in Corporate Affairs, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and curious Senior Public Affairs officer to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. You will Lead by shaping the external policy environment, Deliver by protecting our reputation, and Care by collaborating across the business to support our commercial goals and responsible business values.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Identify and update the business on legislative, regulatory, and political challenges to drive excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across national and local governments, NGOs and trade associations.
Prepare high-impact internal and external policy documents, including meeting briefings and consultation responses.
Represent the brand and its position externally at events, meetings and trade forums.
Report internally on public affairs activity, sharing vital insights across the business to support commercial growth.
What will you bring to the team?
Experience in public affairs, government relations, or public policy with a grasp of the legislative process.
Understanding of the media landscape and the reputational issues relevant to a rapid delivery platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop productive relationships both internally and externally.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus and deliver results under pressure.
Ability to thrive and act responsibly within a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment.
