About the Job
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Integration Accountant to play a pivotal role in the financial onboarding of a recently acquired business. This role will focus on integrating the acquisition into the group's NetSuite ERP environment and establishing seamless business-as-usual processes.
Duties will include:
* Leading the end-to-end financial integration process of the acquired business into the parent company's operations.
* Supporting the alignment of opening balance sheets and preparation of purchase price allocation (PPA) entries.
* Overseeing the transition of billing operations during the TSA period and ensuring timely financial consolidation under US GAAP.
* Designing and implementing standard operating procedures to support BAU processes.
* Acting as a key liaison between group finance, local entities, and external advisors throughout the integration.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting knowledge transfer to the in-house finance teams post-TSA.
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience in M&A financial integrations, ideally within a multinational environment. A strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP is essential, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex organisational structures.
