We are seeking a dynamic and committed Deputy Headteacher to lead on Behaviour and Standards in our thriving secondary school. This pivotal role will shape and drive a culture of equity, high expectations, and support for all learners, ensuring excellence in line with the latest Ofsted framework and statutory guidance.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

* Lead whole-school strategies to improve behaviour, conduct, and attendance.
* Champion a high expectations approach to behaviour that is rooted in understanding and respect.
* Bring strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing young people today.
* Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
* Be relentless in your commitment to improving opportunities, outcomes, and life chances for all students.
* Model integrity, resilience, and professionalism within a positive, hardworking team.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader with experience as a senior leader in a secondary school, who can demonstrate a proven track record of raising standards, improving behaviour and attendance, and achieving successful outcomes for students, staff, and governors. You will have strong leadership and people management skills, the ability to lead by example, and experience of multi-agency working to ensure every student can thrive.
