Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school to recruit an experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant for a part-time role starting ASAP. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity within a supportive and nurturing Early Years setting. The school is keen to meet with passionate Early Years practitioners who have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and learning through play. Role details: Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Part-time position (days/hours to be discussed) ASAP start Temporary initially, with the opportunity to become permanent Based within EYFS (Nursery / Reception) The role will involve: Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Working with children on a 1:1 and small-group basis to support learning, communication, and social development Contributing to observations and assessments in line with EYFS expectations Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND and speech & language development Promoting safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times The ideal candidate will: Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification Have recent experience within an Early Years setting (Nursery or Reception) Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic, with a child-centred approach Be open to a temp-to-perm opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years practitioner seeking flexible, part-time work with the potential for a long-term position.
