We are now seeking a knowledgeable and highly motivated Meteorological Solutions Specialist to join our expanding commercial team.

Job Title – Meteorological Solutions Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established commercial team to manage to grow our business internationally. MetDesk offers a competitive salary package based on experience, an attractive earning potential and company profit-share scheme.

Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, marketing and events.
Successfully demonstrates sound weather knowledge and demonstrations of MetDesk’s Weather SaaS & API data product portfolio.
Presenting to prospective and existing clients (face to face and online)
Create informative promotional content for social media
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keeping the CRM updated and generating management reports.

An understanding of how weather impacts businesses/organisations worldwide
Excellent written and verbal communicator in English. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Creative thinker with the ability to find innovative solutions and feed product/service ideas to management

Previous experience in an advisory / account management capacity in a SaaS environment, achieving and exceeding targets
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors’ degree preferred
