Role Overview
Reporting to the Clinical Services Matron or Clinical Team Leader, you will support clients through their reproductive health journey, helping them make informed choices with confidence and care. Your responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures and providing post-operative support, ensuring every client feels respected, reassured, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care across multiple locations, including our main centre in Marston Green and satellite clinics in Brierley Hill, Tamworth, and Stafford.
2. Support clients in making reproductive choices and provide clinical assistance during procedures.
3. Travel flexibility between locations is required.
Candidate Requirements
* Registered Adult Nurse or Registered Midwife with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN.
* Passion for reproductive health and rights.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
