At ReCulture, we are partnered with a growing, family run business in the KBB space, as theyre looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and develop the sales function of a growing business. This is a role offering the chance to shape sales strategy, grow performance, and build a consistent, high-quality customer experience across showrooms, field sales, and lead-handling teams.
This is ideal for someone who has progressed from field sales into sales leadership within the KBB, interiors, or luxury B2C space.
About the role
Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants, managers, showroom staff, and lead handlers.
Deliver structured sales training (workshops, roleplay, 1:1 coaching) to build team capability.
Conduct regular sales meetings and 1:1s to monitor and improve performance.
Standardise and embed a consistent sales process across all channels.
Support staff with closing techniques and join customer appointments to lead by example.
Oversee lead handling processes: rapport building, appointment booking, and pipeline management.
