Supply Chain Manager

Supporting the Account Director by developing supply chain strategies while managing supplier performance and relationships, internal stakeholders and, most importantly, our client to deliver the strategic objectives of the Client Account, and the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Function

And as a Supply Chain Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and the client through collaboration while building trust.
* Provide strategic oversight and assurance to operational delivery teams on supplier engagement, compliance and risk management, without direct ownership of day-to-day purchasing or work order execution.
* Act as the account’s subject matter expert on supply chain governance, ensuring alignment with landlord obligations, statutory responsibilities, and best-practice FM delivery.
* Track, review and report supplier performance, dealing with performance issues while coaching for commercial, operational and ESG improvements as well as innovative value add.
* Drive continuous commercial improvement through creation and delivery of tangible P&L impacting savings and value adding benefits, including implementation of Bellrock Preferred Suppliers and ProcureX strategy.
* Preparing scheduled and ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior stakeholders on commercial opportunities and compliance, strategic recommendations and supplier performance.
What does it take?

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Degree educated.
* MCIPS qualified, or willing to work towards.
* Experience of procurement and/or supplier management preferably in property, construction, engineering or service context.
* Understanding of landlord-led FM environments, including service charge frameworks, lease structures, and statutory and contractual compliance in multi-occupancy office environments.
* Experience in managing complex / large-scale data analysis and reporting.
* Highly resilient and self-confident, self-managing and motivating.
* Creative disruptor mindset, with high level critical thinking.
* Strong commercial contract understanding and awareness.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Customer orientated with high expectations, striving for excellence.
* Strong morale compass, committed to doing the right thing.
* Completer-finisher, willing to go the extra-mile in order to smash it!
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office, working Monday to Friday, 8.30a,m to 5pm.
