Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Charity Field Fundraisers. As a Field Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the public, raising awareness about our charities cause, and securing vital funds to support programs and initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference while gaining valuable experience in fundraising and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with members of the public in various locations, such as street fundraising, events, and door-to-door campaigns.
Clearly and passionately communicate the mission and goals of the charity to inspire support and donations.
Build rapport with potential donors, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage individuals to make regular donations or become long-term supporters.
Maintain accurate records of donations, donor information, and fundraising activities.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve fundraising targets and objectives.
Represent the charity with integrity and enthusiasm, always adhering to ethical fundraising practices.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for the charity's mission and the ability to effectively convey its importance to others.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Resilience and perseverance, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Our interview process consists of 3 parts, you will be asked to spend a full day shadowing a member of our company for full insight to help determine if the opening is right for you. This is part of our clients evaluation and participants will not receive compensation expenses for their time. The role involves contacting potential customers using face to face communication through B2B, B2C and Event-Based marketing.
