Roles and Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will build strong stakeholder relationships and have the responsibility and authority for the day-to-day HR activities within their region including:
* Recruitment & Retention,
* ER processes,
* Management Coaching,
* Workforce Planning,
* Early Careers etc.
Key Accountabilities
1. Work closely with the operational team and HR colleagues to provide people-related support to the region. You will be able to deliver results and work autonomously.
2. Develop and support people initiatives that enable successful delivery of company and divisional goals.
3. Proactively support managers with recruitment; on-boarding; performance (appraisals); discipline & grievance; attendance, development and capability.
