About the Role:
A leading UK construction business is seeking a skilled
Salesforce Administrator
to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing customised Salesforce solutions to support business objectives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
* Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via APIs and middleware.
* Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and workflows.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
* Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and apply new features where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II desirable).
* Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
* Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft/Dell Boomi).
* Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to work as business needs require.
