TXM Recruit are currently looking for Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company. · Location - Chertsey · Salary – £40,000 · Hours – 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday · Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift · Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x anything over 40hrs Key responsibilities: * Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems. * Installing, servicing, and repairing gas boilers, cookers, and other appliances, * Checking for gas leaks and ensuring proper ventilation * Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage. * Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels. * Assist other staff members as required. * Maintain inventory for plumbing materials. * Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times. * Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence. * Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety. * Seasonal shift & on call rota. * Any other duties as and when requested.
