The Role
As a Procurement Manager, you will work within a close-knit team to support the Senior Management Team in delivering high-value services across multiple clients. You will apply a high degree of rigour and thoroughness to ensure all procurement processes and governance meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading and supporting clients in developing procurement strategies from project inception to completion.
Preparing full procurement suites, including contract folders, specifications, KPIs, and price frameworks.
You will also ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, ethical sourcing, and diversity initiatives.
Acting as a central point of contact for clients and contractors, managing clarifications, assessment summaries, and technical marking moderation.
Leading client meetings, preparing agendas, and delivering accurate data and pricing analysis reports.
Evaluating and providing feedback to contractors and service providers to ensure the best outcomes for our schemes.

Essential Experience & Skills
Public Sector Expertise: Demonstrable experience in public sector procurement, with a strong understanding of the Procurement Act 2023.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability in data/pricing analysis and managing high contract value processes.
Critical Thinking: The ability to understand complex processes and make informed judgements to solve client problems.
Technical Proficiency: High-level capabilities in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to formulate complex information into clear messages for various audiences.
Accountability: A track record of taking ownership of projects and maintaining high quality throughout their lifecycle.
Desirable Qualifications
Working towards CIPS or PRINCE 2 qualified.
Working knowledge of the Section 20 leaseholder consultation process.
Broad understanding of the social housing sector.
