Azure Cloud Engineer (Kubernetes) - £60,000 - £70,000pa
Hybrid working: 1-3 days in the office per week.
Location: Near Swanley
JNC are working with a leading professional services client near Swanley that are looking for a talented Cloud Engineer to join a newly created team on a permanent basis.
Only candidates with strong Azure skills as well as hands on experience working with Kubernetes and containerisation can be considered.

Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Azure Cloud architecture using PaaS, SQL and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
* Work closely with other teams on the integration and delivery of cloud solutions.
* Help maintain and implement new cloud security controls.
* Work closely with Infrastructure and DevOps teams on cloud security best practise and CI/CD Pipelines.
* Optimise and AKS environments. Make sure cluster configuration and container life cycle management is in line with best practise.
* Use your experience of cloud networking and security to secure environments.
* Manage IAM and key management systems across Azure.
Experience Required:
* Must have extensive experience in Azure cloud engineering and support.
* Hands on skills with Azure and IaC tooling like Terraform.
* Hands on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS environments. Including cluster configuration, container life cycle management, and operational resilience.
* Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and observability tools.
* Azure certifications would be a bonus but not essential with relevant experience.
* Experience with Docker is a bonus.
* Experience with HashiCorp ecosystem is a bonus.
