Team Leader at The Duke’s Head Hotel, working with the hotels
management team to maximize guest experience. In a new era in

We are looking for our Reception Team Leader to
have:
* Excellent
communication skills both written and orally
* Customer
Service skills and the ability to upsell
* Minimum
2 years Hospitality experience working on Reception
* Excellent
active listening, negotiating and presentation skills
* Ability
to lead and set by example
* Knowledge
of MS Office suite
Reception Team Leader duties and
responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
* To
lead team to deliver the minimum Hotel Standards / SOP at all times
* To
receive guest feedback both positive and negative, respond and record
correctly
* Actively
consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints
* Encourage
sales opportunities
* Taking
reservations
* Dealing
with guests’ enquiries and assistance
* Check-ins
and check-outs
* Taking
payments
* Answering
calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all
times
