AOI Operator
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday- Friday
£30,000+ DOE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced AOI Operator / Inspector to join our client's quality and production team. This is a key role within the manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities as an AOI Operator
Operate and run Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machinery
Perform first-off inspection and in-process checks to component level
Identify and report faults to production teams in a clear and constructive manner
Maintain inspection records and ensure quality documentation is up to date
Occasionally assist the Surface Mount department with final checks
Skills & Experience Required AOI Operator
Proven experience in AOI inspection within a PCB production environment
Strong understanding of electronic assemblies, inspection standards, and quality procedures
Confident using optical inspection equipment and fine tools
Familiarity with 1st-off inspections and working to component level
