Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for lenders, borrowers, and legal firms regarding the remortgage process. You will handle inbound calls, assisting with a variety of enquiries and ensuring they are resolved swiftly and promptly so the file can progress. The role involves dealing with financial organisations to obtain necessary information, and you will work closely with other team members to ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
No experience is required as full training will be provided. You should have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a busy environment, a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, and be a good team player.
