$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Do you want to work for a fun, fast paced and growing restaurant brand? 110 Grill Plymouth is seeking Restaurant Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by adhering to our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity and Excellence/Success.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
* Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
* Train and manage front of house personnel.
* Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in hospitality.
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
