Your Role

As a Recruitment Technology and Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and embedding the SmartRecruiters platform as part of a wider Talent Acquisition and HR transformation agenda. You will act as the subject matter expert for recruitment technology, combining hands-on SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, and Employee Central), as well as Oracle Recruitment, Workday Talent Acquisition expertise with strong project management to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of the platform.


In this role you will play a key role in:

· Partnering with global recruitment and HR leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting their decision‑making on recruitment technology direction and future‑ready talent acquisition.

· Leading and coordinating the delivery of recruitment technology engagements, with a focus on SmartRecruiters implementation and optimisation, including transitions from SAP SuccessFactors to SmartRecruiters.

· Developing and advising on technology‑enabled recruitment strategies and operating models, translating business and talent priorities into pragmatic, achievable solutions.

· Applying deep expertise across the recruitment technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, AI‑driven talent intelligence and automation platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Eightfold).

· Contributing to the evolution of recruitment technology offerings, helping convert emerging trends and leading practices into practical, scalable client deliverables.


As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:


· Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

· Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

· Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

Your Profile

• 1 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters implementation.

• Experience with SmartRecruiters is required with other system experience desirable (e.g. Phenom, Eightfold).

• Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for end-to-end Talent Acquisition transformation.

Optional: Required certifications, licenses or languages

· Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

· Experience of proposition building and delivery.

· Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) /c.4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
