Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and patient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with Autism. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with children with additional needs and is passionate about helping students thrive.
Key Duties
* Providing 1:1 support tailored to the child’s needs
* Supporting communication, routine, and transitions
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
