2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Salisbury, Wiltshire - Up to £32k DOE Hybrid working (2-3 days in office, flexible) Driving licence required for occasional onsite visits

Join a long-established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a strong reputation for service and support. They are now looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer who can bring technical know-how, a positive attitude, and a focus on great customer service.

Tech you will work with:
* Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Intune and endpoint management
* Active Directory (security and admin)
* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Microsoft desktop and Office systems
* Hardware support
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a 2nd Line (or strong 1st Line ready to step up) role
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Calm under pressure and focused on solving problems
* Ideally experience in a service provider or MSP environment
* A full UK driving licence (occasional client visits required)

This role is subject to standard security clearance due to client requirements.
