At Emixa, we’re looking for a Group Branding, Marketing & Communication Manager who doesn’t just make our brand visible, but brings it to life. Someone who translates strategic direction into concrete, executable initiatives – and who knows how to market a professional services organization in a fast-paced international environment. You ensure that marketing drives growth, not with empty slogans or campaigns for the sake of campaigning, but with content that resonates, aligns with business needs, and delivers measurable results.
What will you do?
You will develop and own a future-oriented brand, marketing & communication strategy that connects with our consulting-driven business model. You translate high-level goals into actionable projects and policies, support regional execution, and ensure our positioning as a leading digital transformation partner in Europe. You bring the brand to life through impactful execution and clear frameworks, helping others to deliver consistently and effectively. You are the difference between simply communicating and truly making an impact.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the global branding, marketing & communication strategy, aligned with our portfolios and regional needs, with a clear focus on practical execution.
* Build and directly lead a strong central marketing team that shapes the Emixa brand and supports regional teams in their local execution.
* Work closely with Sales, Practice Leads, and Regional Directors to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with commercial and strategic goals.
* Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all digital and physical channels, tailored to a professional services context.
* Manage external collaborations with agencies, media, and PR, and create internal communication programs that truly connect and support organizational change.
* Develop thought leadership and employer branding strategies that enhance visibility, trust, and talent attraction in a competitive services market.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who understands the complexity of marketing in a professional services organization, and who knows how to build structure, manage stakeholders, and lead a team with clarity and focus.
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing & communication, preferably in consultancy, digital transformation, or professional services.
* A successful track record in leading international marketing teams, with direct management responsibilities and sensitivity to cultural and market differences.
* The ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial objectives and act as a strong partner to sales and leadership.
* Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, project management, and marketing execution in a consulting-driven environment.
* A data-driven mindset and familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
* A coaching leadership style: you bring clarity, structure, focus, and make sure things get done.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical strength, and affinity with technology-driven services such as PLM, ERP, Mendix and Data & Analytics.
