What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join the team at Galliford Try.
You will work on our South West Water Frameworks within our Environment Business, which successfully delivers schemes of varying sizes, mainly in the Water Industry, across Treatment Waste and Water schemes.
Ideally, you will be based in or around the Devon/Cornwall area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the region.
Our Environment Business values entrepreneurship and innovation. As a Project Engineer, you will share market-leading suggestions and ideas with the Project Delivery team to lead in optimisation and performance.
As a Project Engineer with Galliford Try, you will be an integral part of the Project Delivery Team, assisting with site documentation, report writing, and maintaining consistent standards across the project.
Daily, you will collaborate with other engineers to ensure a safe working site, support planning and updates, and report changes to the Site Supervisor.

About You:
You should have a passion for engineering, with logical and critical thinking skills, and hold a relevant engineering qualification. Experience in a national, multi-site business or Water Industry is desirable but not essential.
On-site, you should have ECS, SSSTS, SMSTS, City & Guilds Confined Space Training, and other relevant certifications, which we will support you in obtaining.
