Assistant Store Manager - Staines Two Rivers (N106391)
Location: Staines-Upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom
Hours: 38 hrs per week; Sun 10:00‑17:30; Mon 08:45‑17:15; Wed 10:45‑19:15; Thu 08:45‑17:15; Fri 10:45‑19:15
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales, efficiency and performance targets.
* Support the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team, stepping up to cover the store when needed.
* Create an atmosphere focused on delivering excellent service, achieving targets and maintaining accurate stock processes.
* Demonstrate hands‑on operational and commercial leadership alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate to meet business needs.
