Are you an experienced wastewater professional with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing others? We're looking for a Technical Training Lead who brings deep operational expertise and a desire to coach and mentor teams to success.
You'll be supported to gain teaching qualifications if needed – what matters most is your technical credibility and enthusiasm for helping others learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver hands‑on technical training and assessments
* Coach individuals and support their development
* Collaborate with SMEs to build relevant training content
* Use tools like Clever Nelly to assess and track competency
* Continuously improve training delivery and content
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience in wastewater operations
* Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
* Desire to support others and share knowledge
* Level 3 qualification (or willingness to undertake one)
