The Role
We are seeking a committed DT specialist who can deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment is essential, and experience or knowledge of Engineering would be advantageous.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Have a genuine passion for teaching and delivering high-quality lessons
Create inspiring, innovative and inclusive learning experiences
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to sharing expertise
(Ideally) bring experience or understanding of Engineering
Show a strong commitment to raising achievement and promoting excellence
Be driven, organised, ambitious and able to remain calm under pressure
Contribute positively to the wider school community, including extracurricular opportunities
Bring flexibility, vision and a desire to make a meaningful difference to young people
