Subjects/Areas: Food Technology Art General CoverThe Role: Teach and engage vulnerable classes, including one particularly challenging group Deliver creative and engaging lessons to inspire learners Implement strong behaviour management strategies to support positive learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured environmentRequirements: Experience teaching in Secondary or SEN settings (Primary SEN teachers also considered) Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Resilience, reliability, and adaptability are essential Open to ECTs and unqualified teachers with relevant experience SEMH experience highly desirable
