Working directly with the Head of Estates and Support Services, you will set the direction for the Service Desk and ensure a high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven service across the organisation. This position plays a critical role in the delivery of Estates and FM projects, contractor management, procurement of services, compliance, and driving operational excellence throughout the department. As part of the leadership team, you will also support the development of the annual service delivery plan, contribute to audit and benchmarking activity, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
