Job Title: Mortgage Sales Manager.


Location: Fully Remote.


Salary: Up to £55K basic (DOE) + Bonus | OTE £75K+


Hours: Full-time | No weekends.


Start Date: Immediate interviews | Start March 2026.

The Role


We’re looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire a team of Mortgage Advisers. You’ll:


* Drive sales performance in a high-volume, tech-led environment.
* Develop and implement sales strategies.
* Oversee complex case packaging.
* Mentor and coach your team for success.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations.


Experience in complex lending is a plus — but not essential. What matters most is your proven track record in mortgage sales leadership, your data-driven approach, and your ability to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.


What You’ll Bring:


* At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Mortgage Advisers.
* Strong background in mortgage lending.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on hitting (and exceeding) targets.
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM, data and analytics tools.
* Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
