What your day will look like:
1. Provide outstanding service to clients while ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the vital link between clients and the clinical team.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
3. Ensure every client leaves the practice satisfied, confident they’ve received exceptional care, and looking forward to their next visit.
4. Greet clients warmly, offer guidance and support, and manage payments and future bookings with confidence.
5. Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice routines using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.
Role details:
6. Part-time: 20–27 hours per week
7. Shifts between 9am–7pm with a 1-in-4 weekend rota
8. Salary in line with National Minimum Wage

10. Up-to-date knowledge of practice services and the ability to guide clients effectively.
11. Calm under pressure, handling a wide range of situations—from comforting a worried client to celebrating a pet’s first visit.
12. Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about pets and excellent client service.
13. Ability to work well as part of a team, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
14. Previous administration or customer service experience is essential.
