🔧 The Goods In Warehouse Operative Role
As a Goods In Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Unloading deliveries from incoming lorries
Manual handling and handballing of boxes and pallets (up to 20kg)
Replenishing stock into warehouse locations
Completing Goods In paperwork accurately
Supporting general warehouse duties
This Warehouse Operative role involves regular lifting and being on your feet for the duration of the shift.
🕒 Shift Options for Warehouse Operatives
Day Shift
8:00am – 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
Saturday on rotation (with a day off during the week)
Night Shift
5:00pm – 1:00am (occasionally 2:00am)
Sunday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday
Overtime is available for Warehouse Operatives who wish to increase their earnings.
🚜 Preferred Experience for Goods In Warehouse Operatives
While not essential, the following experience is advantageous:
Bendi Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
Counterbalance Licence
Man-Up Picker experience
PPT experience
Candidates with a Counterbalance licence may have the opportunity to convert to Bendi.
