Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

The Role
We are seeking a detail driven and customer focused Customer Communications Testing Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for testing and validating customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring messages are clear, accurate, compliant and aligned with our brand values.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a customer experience background who has hands on experience in testing and supporting change activity, with a passion for making a positive impact on how we connect with our customers.
