Outwood Academy Hemsworth are seeking someone with experience of working in an admin/office environment and be confident with the use of photocopying equipment. The role supports the smooth running of the academy and the right candidate will have a flexible approach to work and be able to thrive under pressure whilst managing competing deadlines. The successful candidate will be a team player, working with many different departments within the Academy and prioritising their workload.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support in an office environment and operate photocopying equipment as required.
* Build positive relationships with colleagues and relate in a pleasant and sympathetic manner to children.
* Support the smooth running of the academy by managing workload and deadlines and working flexibly to meet demands.
* Collaborate with multiple departments within the Academy.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in an admin/office environment.
* Confidence with the use of photocopying equipment.
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
* Willingness to receive training on the management information system.
* A team player able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
