We’re seeking a driven Sales Development Manager to spearhead sales of our air source heat pumps, solar panels, and fabric energy-saving measures to B2C clients in and around Suffolk. Build and nurture client relationships to secure new business and maintain high conversion rates.
Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with our retrofit coordination team to align sales with energy efficiency surveys and projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and regional sustainability goals.
Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to personal development, with the ambition to grow into a team leadership role.
Proven B2C Sales Record : Demonstrated success in direct-to-consumer sales with a strong conversion rate, ideally in renewables, home improvements, or similar sectors.
Computer Competency : Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
Adaptable and Eager to Learn : Enthusiastic about developing new skills, mastering product functionality, and embracing personal growth, with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.
Renewables Background (Preferred) : Experience in renewable energy sales is a plus, but not essential— full training will be provided.
Product and CRM Capability : Able to quickly learn new product specifications and effectively use a CRM to manage client interactions.
Must own a reliable vehicle (business mileage reimbursed) and hold a valid UK driving licence.
Travel Commitment : Comfortable with a remote role requiring multiple home visits, averaging 3 days per week in Suffolk, with occasional travel to Norfolk.
Competitive Salary : £30,000 basic with an OTE of £80,000 via uncapped commission.
