Bank Clinical Lead Nurse - Gloucester/South Wales. This is a Bank Clinical Lead Nurse role supporting the delivery of complex care packages in the South East regions, including Berkshire and Hampshire. You will lead a regional care delivery team, ensuring high standards and compliance, while also providing clinical support and expertise to the wider organization.

Responsibilities
* Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct holistic nursing assessments and implement changes to improve client outcomes.

Skills and Experience

* Paediatric and Adult Care: Comfortable working with both adults and children; training provided as needed.
* Professional Registration: Current nursing registration with no restrictions.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Ability to build effective relationships with case managers and multidisciplinary teams.
* Quality Standards: Strong commitment to quality and compliance.
* IT Proficiency: Proficient IT skills.
* Driving Licence: Full driving licence required.
* On-Call: Willingness to participate in clinical on-call duties.
