Overview
We are offering an opportunity to obtain a kitchen franchise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a food service environment serving existing customers with hot and cold food and providing buffet meals when required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly desirable. This is a self employed position. Low initial rental until established.
Responsibilities
* Food and meal preparation in accordance with your own recipes and standards
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
* Serve meals efficiently and courteously to customers or staff members
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment during busy service periods
Requirements
* Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is essential; enthusiasm to learn is equally valued
* Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and responsibilities
