You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative sales office where no two days are the same. From day one, you'll be an essential part of the team - working closely with customers, field sales reps, procurement, and accounts to keep everything moving smoothly.

A fast‑paced Sales Administrator role supporting customer enquiries, order processing, and coordination across sales and internal teams. Ideal for someone organised, confident, and customer‑focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the friendly first point of contact, handling calls and emails from customers excited to learn about our products
Send out product samples (everyone loves a sample!) and follow up to keep the conversation going
Team up with procurement and accounts to keep everything running like clockwork
Work hand‑in‑hand with our field sales team to keep them prepped, informed, and ready to shine
Process orders and whip up accurate quotes with speed and confidence
Keep invoices and credit checks on track so new customers get the smoothest start possible What We're Looking For:
Experienced in sales administration and ready to hit the ground running
Strong communicator - clear, friendly, and professional
Comfortable speaking with customers and working closely with colleagues
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
