We are building a dynamic kitchen team from the ground up to work under the expert leadership of Head Chef Arthur Chan, formerly of award winning Aaharn in Hong Kong. We are seeking a dedicated individual who takes pride in a job well done and is ready to contribute to a high-standard kitchen environment from day one.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cleanliness: Wash, sanitise, and store all pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and equipment.
· Keep the kitchen spotless: Ensure all food preparation areas, work surfaces, floors, and walls are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.
· Assist the kitchen team: Help the chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables, when needed.
· Manage deliveries: Unload and organise food and equipment deliveries into the storeroom.
· Handle waste disposal: Ensure all kitchen waste is removed and disposed of correctly and hygienically.
· Support smooth service: Keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring the culinary team has everything they need, when they need it.
