IC Resources is working with a Bristol-based client who is in need of a Supply Chain Management Assistant contract for an initial 6-month contract. This is Inside IR35 with a hybrid work model of 3 days per week, onsite.
The role will support day-to-day supply chain and purchasing activities within a fast-paced technology environment focused on next-generation AI compute.
Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will assist with purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and general procurement administration to help ensure smooth operational delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise purchase quotes and create or amend purchase orders
* Issue purchase orders to suppliers and maintain accurate acknowledgements
* Progress chase open orders to ensure timely delivery
* Scan and file delivery notes in line with company processes
* Match invoices against purchase orders and delivered goods
* Provide general administrative support, including booking meeting rooms and coordinating invitations
