The role of the Internal Sales – Roofing will involve:
* BDE position, driving new business for a high quality range of various roofing systems such as the flat roofs, pitched roofs and metal cladding systems
* Selling to education and healthcare sectors, local authorities, building surveyors and industrial building owners
* New business focus, cold calling on prospective customers
* Generating new leads and sales opportunities
* Building and developing relationships with new customers
* Liaising with the external sales team and report to the director
* Dealing with project sizes varying between £50k and £2m
* Product training will be provided
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Roofing industry with:
* Must have proven sales experience within the construction industry
* Highly advantageous to come from a roofing background
* Must have strong cold outreach sales experience
* Driven individual with a get up and go attitude
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong people skills, confident and articulate
* Excellent customer service skills
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
