MYN is seeking Registered Senior Mental Health Nurses to join our talented multidisciplinary team within for one of the best Hospital and Community in Northern Ireland. Our Client is primarily focusing on specialist inpatient care through a model of recovery and rehabilitation. The Hospital offers a wide range of treatments and supports, such as psychological interventions, self care, and activities of daily living skills (ADL's), medication management, peer support, occupational functioning, and a physical health programme.
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users, providing support to individuals in both inpatient and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments monitoring vital signs.
Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well being.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMBI/NMC registration
Minimum 2+ years' experience in psychiatric nursing is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing high quality patient care
Right to live and work in the ROI/UK
