The Role: We have some great opportunities for Catering Assistants to join us at the The Lodge Forest Café in Stirling.
This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to work both in the kitchen and front of house and support at busier times or during sickness.
We will offer full training including First Aid, Food Hygiene and full on the job training. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who would love to work as part of a team in a fantastic location!
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
1. Taking orders, serving food and drinks and taking payments on the counter
2. Simple food preparation
3. Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning
4. Dealing with customer requests for a great service
What exactly are we looking for?
5. Experience in a kitchen/ Catering/ hospitality environment
6. An enthusiastic and friendly individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
7. Excellent people skills with the team and customers
8. A willingness to learn new skills.
9. A passion for catering in a busy environment.
